許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

北市辦定點臨托 柯P煩母親節禮物
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】「為減低婦女的育嬰負擔，在台北12個行政中心都有婦女中心、親子館，現在則要推出定點臨托，因為有時候媽媽在忙，但小孩需要有人帶，」台北市長柯文哲10日出席「107母親節活動暨定點臨托政策開跑活動」說，被主持人問即將到來的母親節要送媽媽和老婆什麼禮物，他笑說，「回去再想。」現場也邀請網紅宅女小紅分享育兒趣事。
母親節即將到來，台北市也辦定點臨托活動，服務對象為台北市6個月至6歲以下兒童，托育時間為星期一到星期五早上9點至下午5點，每時段最多收4名兒童，第一個示範點為文山區居家推育服務中心，柯文哲表示，「將來年輕媽媽臨時有事，就有一個地方可以寄放小孩，希望將婦幼福利可以一步一步推前進，之後再擴大。」
柯文哲現場也發送康乃馨給參與民眾，並與宅女小紅和其他官員在台上快問快答，被問到「台北市針對婦女相關系列活動主題名稱是否叫「媽媽去哪兒」，柯文哲當場愣住遲疑幾秒，拿打叉紙牌，被貼上「笨」字懲罰，最後僅錯該題，得到皇冠加冕。
談到育兒經驗，宅女小紅說，「平時會請丈夫一起照顧小孩，小孩有事就叫他們找爸爸解決。」她也表示，最想收到的母親節禮物是紅包，可惜小孩年紀太小沒辦法包，只希望小孩可以安靜三天，乖巧一點。」而柯P被主持人問要送什麼給媽媽和老婆，他卻表示，「回去在想，你沒有講我就不會送，你一講我就要送了。」
