The rear-facing child car seat complies with the high safety criteria of the R129 standard and performed extremely well in the toughest crash test in the world, the Swedish Plus Test.

The iZi Modular RF i-Size is part of the innovative modular system for child car seats by the manufacturer BeSafe. This 3-in-1 concept consists of an infant car seat and the successor car seat which both use the same base.

A 2-piece seat reducer as well as the headrest that can be adjusted in 10 different levels provide your little one with perfect comfort and the best protection in every stage of their growth. 發毛！工人翻修大樓打掉牆壁驚見「1千顆牙齒」

舊大樓整修時，經常會有舊時遺物被發現，有時候甚至會尋獲值錢骨董，不過，並不是每個建築工人都那麼幸運。美國有一棟舊大樓日前進行翻新工程，沒想到在打掉二樓牆壁時，建築工人竟然在石膏裡發現1000人類牙齒，詭異畫面讓在場的人都嚇壞了。

綜合外媒報導，這棟大樓位於美國喬治亞州瓦爾多斯塔，是一棟歷史悠久的建築，名為匡威大樓（T.B. Converse Building），於1900年興建，由於近期正在進行翻新工程，所以建築工人將2樓牆壁打掉，未料牆壁內竟然藏了1000餘顆人類牙齒，包含臼齒、門牙和犬齒，嚇壞的工人們將驚悚畫面拍下並上傳網路，引起許多網友關注。

有趣的是，喬治亞州過去也曾發生過相同案例，在格林斯伯勒（Greensboro）和卡羅爾頓（Carrolton）都曾出現大量牙齒藏在建築牆壁裡的事情，而這些建築都曾為牙醫診所。

楊淑芬/ 中嘉案別成為另一個管中閔事件

交易金額515億元的中嘉多媒體集團有線系統台出售案，先前在8月14日的公聽會並未引起太多關注，近日忽然有特定群體聯合起來表示反對，異口同聲、默契十足，理由都是林堉璘宏泰教育文化公益基金直接投資此案涉及違反公益基金設置宗旨。

除了特定媒體與人士強烈質疑之外，公益信託的主管機關教育部也在8月27日明確表達「該公益信託參與本案，難謂符合其教育公益目的。」

在這一連串的刻意操作之下，頓時有不少人受到媒體報導的影響，開始認為中嘉交易案好像有疑慮。

坦白說，中嘉案能不能順利交易，現在的關鍵變成在於公益基金能不能投資。對於這點，本文沒有特定立場。只是好奇教育部過去從來沒有針對這點作出規定，為什麼現在忽然跳出來針對個案表達意見。

本文也想請問教育部：公益信托基金不得從事投資，是否已成為確定規則？所有公益信托基金都會一體適用？並且要認真清查？還是只針對這個個案適用而已？

這次事件最大的爭議，就在於公益信托基金能否投資，本來沒有明確的規定，忽然因為個案冒出很多具有針對性的意見。這種選擇性的做法，當然不是民主法治國家應該以明文建立統一標準的應有態度。

先前教育部針對管中閔教授當選台大校長的干涉作為，也是因為具有選擇性而引起高度反感。擔任獨立董事的副教授當選陽明大學校長沒有問題，擔任獨立董事的國際傑出教授當選台灣大學校長就有問題。所有罪名都是事前沒有規定，事後忽然不知道從哪裡冒出來打擊特定人士。現在這樣的事件似乎又重演了，公益信托基金投資以前都沒有問題，現在因為涉及中嘉案就有問題了。

報載NCC決定於9月25日召開中嘉案的聽證會，而教育部的回覆將會成為重要的參考依據。

教育部的官員們，或是把責任推給教育部的國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）委員們，請先建立一套客觀標準，然後再據此審理好嗎？不然很容易讓外界想像可能又是政治干預。

教育部與NCC應該先明確提出公益信托基金可否投資的明確判斷標準，一體適用到所有的公益信托基金，並且據以決定中嘉案最後的結果，相信這樣一來，一定更加可以讓社會各界信服。

期盼教育部等政府機關以身作則，展現民主法治的示範，切勿濫用裁量權，絕對不要讓中嘉案變成另外一個管中閔事件。
