腹瀉拖久小心大腸炎！拉肚子吃什麼好得快？
【早安健康／蕭瑋霖營養師（營養師杯蓋）】腹瀉是一種症狀，不是疾病，雖然不會馬上造成身體上的傷害，但長期下來會有營養不良，電解質不平衡，甚至是脫水的現象。
腹瀉的定義
人的糞便一天大概是100-300公克，如果每天超過300公克，大便的硬度減少，含水量增加，大便稀稀的，就是腹瀉。
腹瀉的分類
而腹瀉可以分為急性跟慢性兩種，急性腹瀉大約發生在2-3週內；慢性腹瀉會超過3週。
急性腹瀉常見的原因
- 細菌性，像是食材保存不當，沒有煮熟食材交叉汙染造成的食物中毒。
- 病毒性。
- 化學性。
- 飲食，如乳糖不耐。
- 情緒緊張也會引起。
慢性腹瀉常見的的原因
- 手術、腸道疾病。
- 其他疾病如甲狀腺亢進。
- 藥物引起：像是抗生素。
腹瀉到底該吃什麼呢？
- 急性腹瀉，建議禁止飲食1天，適量的補充水份電解質(可以補充蔬果汁或是運動飲料高鉀食物)，讓腸道好好休息，如果伴隨嘔吐或是發燒，還是要盡速就醫。
- 慢性腹瀉是指，連續腹瀉3週以上，很有可能是大腸炎或其他疾病引起，這飲食部份建議以「低渣飲食」也就是低纖維飲食為主。這種飲食的重點就像影片中表格所寫的：
- 避免乳製品，
- 再來就是可以選擇白米等精製的全穀類，
- 肉類避免帶筋、皮，
- 而盡量避免食用豆製品，以免脹氣造成腸道不舒服，
- 蔬菜選擇嫩葉、過濾過的蔬菜汁，
- 再來適盡量避免油膩、油炸的食物，
- 這邊把水果放最後說，是想跟大家介紹水果的選擇，蘋果、香蕉這兩種水果，因為他們含有果膠這種水溶性纖維，可以幫助水份的保留，減少腹瀉的情況，要注意的是蘋果避需要去皮；香蕉要選擇黃色熟透的香蕉，才有效果喔！
- 燕麥也含有水溶性膳食纖維，可以幫助止瀉。
- 也可以選擇濾渣的蔬果汁補充鉀離子，適量補充水分、電解質。
拉肚子真的很不舒服，這邊簡單的跟大家介紹拉肚子時應該注意的飲食，供大家參考，拉肚子的原因有很多種，但最常聽到的還是細菌性引起的，嚴重時甚至會引起發燒嘔吐，所以環境衛生以及食材衛生是非常重要的，最後提醒一下，慢性腹瀉的人，如果有腹痛、血便、體重持續下降的人要趕緊到醫院檢查！
