When combined with the CARRYCOT you can use the Hauck Soul Plus right from birth and provide your little one a cosy and safe place to snuggle up. Once you are back at your car, you can single-handedly release the car seat from the chassis and attach it to the seat of your car instead. While doing so, you can leave your child sleeping in the car seat.Once your little one is older, the sporty pushchair is the perfect companion for discovering the world around. Due to its light weight you can convert the sports seat easily - this way your little one can either face your or explore the surroundings. In order to get your child's favourite position, you can adjust the backrest into a full reclining position single-handedly and in no time at all. The footrest can be adjusted in different levels as well. The large canopy that can be pulled far forward to cover your little one protects him whatever the weather. 同性伴侶註記3951對 雙北台中最多
（中央社記者劉麗榮、劉冠廷台北8日電）根據內政部統計，3年多來全國已有3951對同性伴侶註記，最多的前三名為台北市、新北市和台中市。民進黨立委尤美女說，不能單靠縣市政府的善意，一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能保障權益。
內政部官員表示，從施行同性註記以來，六都包括台北市共有818對、新北市743對、台中市694對、桃園市442對、台南市238對與高雄市173對，全台已有3951對完成註記。
高雄市在104年5月20日率全國之先辦理同性伴侶註記後，全國多數縣市陸續跟進，內政部去年並開放跨區受理。
長期關注同婚的民進黨立委尤美女今天表示，這數目不算少，但當然有很多人可能覺得大法官會議解釋後，就直接等著結婚就好，不用去註記。
尤美女說，註記並沒有法律的效果，雖然勞動部與衛福部表達有註記可以簽署手術同意書等伴侶權益，但是有的縣市還是不給註記，所以一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能得到真正的權利，否則都只是各縣市政府的善意。
她也說，若只是善意，卻拿不到任何的權益，去註記等於出櫃，可能就會馬上被歧視或霸凌，這就是為什麼同志需要同性婚姻。
大法官748號解釋，認定現行民法沒有保障同性婚姻違憲，立法機關應在兩年內，也就是明年5月24日前完成立法保障同性婚姻，但對於是要立專法還是修民法，各界意見不一，甚至引發對立。
今年九合一選舉合併舉行公投，幸福盟提出的「你是否同意民法婚姻規定應限定在一男一女的結合？」等愛家3公投過關，依公投法規定，行政院已表示，明年3月前將提出保障同性婚姻的專法草案，送交立法院審議。（編輯：張均懋）1071208
下週高溫炎熱 各地高溫破30度
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】「這一週大致上都是晴朗炎熱，天氣較穩定的情形，但須留意午後雷陣雨，」中央氣象局預報員劉沛滕13日受訪時表示，溫度持續上升，17日、18日各地出現34度至35度高溫，北部將有35度高溫。14日、15日午後雷陣雨的降雨範圍、雨勢較大，可能會發布午後雷陣雨大雨特報。
「本週溫度持續上升，尤其到了17日、18日，各地高溫在34度至35之間，北部地區高溫更將達到35度高溫，」劉沛滕表示，13日母親節當天，各地高溫達到32至33度左右，未來一週溫度會持續升高，高溫炎熱情形，有夏天的感覺。他也特別提醒，台東地區在17日會出現焚風，有局部地區會出現36度以上高溫。
氣象專家吳德榮13日在《三立準氣象，老大洩天機》專欄中表示，「14日至週19日台灣持續受到暖氣團的籠罩，氣溫偏高，各地天氣為晴午後多雲，山區午後有局部短暫陣雨或雷雨。」
降雨方面，以午後雷陣雨為主，各地山區有局部短暫雷陣雨情形，尤其是14日、15日必須特別留意，午後雷陣雨的範圍較大，會出現局部較大雨勢，範圍包括各地山區、北部和東半部地區的平地都有機會降雨。直到16日之後，降雨範圍變小，但山區還是會有午後雷陣雨。
氣象局提醒，「民眾出門一定要注意防曬、多補充水分，因為這週紫外線指數在危險級到過量等級。」上周鋒面通過各地降雨，有稍微舒緩南部地區問題，但這周沒有比較明顯的梅雨鋒面影響，天氣較穩定，之後仍要持續觀察降雨情形，民眾要節約用水。
