高爾夫》LPGA公佈2019年賽程，「裙襬搖搖LPGA」亞洲系列旗艦賽
【羅開新聞中心Minsey Weng綜合報導】LPGA官方公佈2019年行程表，新球季將造訪十一個不同的國家和美國的十五州，進行三十三場正式比賽，包括四場新比賽，其中三場賽制創新，總計全年獎金規模達七千零五十五萬美元，比今年增加了五百二十萬美元，創下史上新高紀錄。
「我想行程表沒有什麼太大的意外，大部份的比賽都在，只是增加更多的獎金。」LPGA理事長Mike Whan（麥克•韋恩）日前在發佈會上說道。
U.S. Women’s Open Championship conducted by the USGA（美國女子公開賽）蟬連最高獎金賽事，至少五百萬美元起跳，而年終大賽CME Group Tour Championship（LPGA巡迴錦標賽）也將翻倍至五百萬美元的水準，不過後者冠軍獨得一百五十萬美元，完勝美國公開賽的九十萬美元。
年度的五大賽有三場獎金加碼，ANA Inspiration（全日空錦標賽）來到三百萬美元的大關，KPMG Women’s PGA Championship（女子PGA錦標賽）為三百八十五萬美元，兩者都成長了二十萬美元，而Evian Championship（愛維養錦標賽）從三百八十五變成四百一十萬美元。
另外還有邁入第二屆的LPGA Mediheal Championship（美迪惠爾錦標賽），從原本的一百五十增至一百八十萬美元，Marathon Classic presented by Dana（馬拉松菁英賽）則從一百六十變成一百七十五萬美元。
在賽事的創新方面，LPGA巡迴賽迎來自己的「冠中冠」，明年十七至二十日在佛羅里達的Lake Buena Vista（布納維斯塔湖）隆重登場，只有過去兩年的單站冠軍才能取得一席之地，不過更大的特色是和名人配對競技，總獎金為一百二十萬美元。
再來是原本屬於女子歐巡賽的Vic Open（維多利亞公開賽），明年升格為LPGA的一站，檔期為二月七至十日，安排在ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open（澳洲女子公開賽）前一週進行。值得一提的是，維多利亞將在同一週、同一球場進行男、女子組賽事，採取交替分組開球，總獎金都是一百一十萬美元，其中男子組獲得歐巡賽的認可。
等到時序來到七月中，各路選手將在密西根爭奪Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational（陶湖灣邀請賽），不過有別於平常的單打獨鬥，這場總獎金二百萬美元的賽事，將採取兩人配對的團體賽制。
另一場新比賽是韓國釜山進行的BMW Ladies Championship（寶馬女子錦標賽），總獎金二百萬美元，不過LPGA KEB Hana Bank Championship（韓亞錦標賽）不見了，所以只是取代原本LPGA的韓國站。
隔週是LPGA亞洲系列賽旗艦賽，總獎金高達兩百二十萬美元的台灣站：裙襬搖搖LPGA臺灣錦標賽（Swinging Skirts LPGA Taiwan Championship），預定的日期為十月三十一日到十一月三日。
至於兩年一度的Solheim Cup（索罕盃），明年九月十三至十五日將在蘇格蘭的Gleneagles（鷹谷）登場，美國隊試圖在客場尋求衛冕大業。
彈劾吳茂昆爆內鬨 高鳳仙不解為何政治解讀
監察院日前通過彈劾前教育部長吳茂昆，意外引發監察委員意見相左的風波。監委蔡崇義質疑提案監委高鳳仙的彈劾理由和審查不會同，所以公告自己的協同意見書。對此，高鳳仙今天(10日)強調彈劾吳茂昆於法有據，蔡崇義的做法違背監察院會修法決議，也沒有法律根據。高鳳仙表示，她無法理解為何有人從政治角度切入。
監察院日前通過前教育部長吳茂昆彈劾案，結果後續引發監察委員蔡崇義不滿提案的監委高鳳仙、楊美鈴增加彈劾理由，提及吳茂昆違反利益迴避。蔡崇義表示，他只同意吳茂昆違法商業經營，不同意關於利益迴避衝突的彈劾理由；蔡崇義隨後公開他的協同意見書。
高鳳仙10日接受廣播專訪時表示，吳茂昆在美國開公司營利，違反公務員服務法證據明確。她否認蔡崇義所說答應修改彈劾理由「最後卻沒改」的指控，強調沒有同意，且從來沒有彈劾案已經過關之後又修改彈劾案文的先例。高鳳仙說：『(原音)後來因為媒體問我，我說我從來沒有同意只做事實陳述，不做價值判斷，因為這樣子的話怎麼彈劾呢？你彈劾一定要寫說違反哪一條、哪一條啊。』
高鳳仙也表示，協同意見書只能在最終法律審提出，不宜針對事實認定提出；且蔡崇義的行為也違反監察院會日前修法的決議。
針對外界解讀，吳茂昆案引爆前總統馬英九提名的「馬系監委」和蔡英文總統提名的「蔡系監委」內鬨。高鳳仙表示，她彈劾過前苗栗縣長劉政鴻、前任新北市副市長許志堅，無法理解為何有人從政治角度切入。高鳳仙說：『(原音)這個案子讓我衝擊很大，我向來不分藍綠，因為我自己法官出身沒有任何黨派。我自己彈劾過劉政鴻，還有新北市副市長許志堅都是我彈劾的，所以我藍綠同樣看待，我就很不能理解為什麼有人從政治角度切入，我也不願意說同仁是這樣的態度，但是顯然新舊監委的風格很不一樣。』
高鳳仙說，舊任監委比較溫和，不會衝撞體制；新任監委比較會衝撞體制，或許因為任期只剩下2年多，心急、想要有表現，所以他們比較團結，砲火很強。高鳳仙說，這件事情發展一開始她都處於挨打的狀況，但她一定要說明事實經過，以免外界誤解她竄改審查會決議。
